I have never written testimonials to anyone. But I think you do deserve mine.

You have no idea how you changed my life around. I cameto know about you when I first read about you on Revenue magazine. The had this section called "Affiliate Advantage" and covered stories about successful affiliates.

That time I was out of work and was applying jobs after jobs in the tech industry.

I was struggling to get any paying jobs with decent pay. As many  I too decided to take a shot at online marketing and I was selling stuff on ebay.  Ebay was making me money, but I wanted something long term.

I saw the potential in online dating sites and without realizing how big of a competition I was against, I decided to build my own dating service site and was marketing it. I was getting my ass kicked by the big companies :).

But when  I was reading about you I was able to connect with your own experience on how you too tried to do the same thing.

When I read how you turned around and started making money with the same domain just by promoting dating affiliate programs, instead of promoting your own dating site, I was like darn why didn't I think of this before.

Talk about the light bulb flashing in your head, well that's how I would describe my feeling when I read that article. I went to work right away, signed up on few dating affiliate programs and to my surprise I started making money from day one.

I think my first day profit was about $120 something. It felt like I have made a million bucks.

Since then I have become a full time affiliate. Even today I still make most of my money promoting online dating sites.

There are two main things I learned from you.

 1. No matter how small your starting capital or budget is, if you have the will and the right tips and guidance, you can become a successful affiliate marketer.  You just need to get your fundamentals right.

2. Target buyers, instead of searchers.

All I have to say is a big thank you. You changed my life and I truly did quit my day job.

Hi Jeremy,

I'll just write down my AM story as I see it, feel free to abridge it for a testimonial as you like.

Although I tend to be cautious regarding my business ventures after a few projects gone sour in previous years, I think by now my AM profit level merits being called a success.

I'm well into six figures a year, and if I keep up my current revenues (and I'm confident I will, since so far I have been able to grow them almost linearly), i'll pass the half a million dollar total revenue mark early next year. This is after starting AM in April 2006.

Among other things, my affiliate profits have just paid for a month of vacation in Japan - which at the same time was my record month in terms of profits.

There's not much that beats coming down after climbing Mt. Fuji to relax in a hot springs resort and seeing you've made over $1k on the day :)

I still haven't quit my "day job" - since it's a rather relaxed one and I like to play it safe. Here in Germany people tend to be a little less on the adventurous side than in the US :) But it is now more an insurance than anything else, and after the $1 million mark I'll definitely just focus on AM fully.

Regarding my story, I was perhaps different from most other people starting in AM in that I had a strong science/computer background (graduate CS degree) yet very little sales experience. Reading the pragmatic sales advice offered by you and others and seeing your example pages was invaluable.

However, the assistance you gave on the forum was way beyond that. To my knowledge, no other AM author comes close in terms of sharp, immediately useful, no-fluff advice. It has made me thousands, without any doubt. It was quite interesting to talk to you on the phone as well.

I look forward to meeting you in person at an affiliate conference, and wish you success with the new product :-)

"I'm currently making between $13,000 - $16,000 per month..."

I have owned my own online business since 2001 selling hard goods, but got tired of the customer service hassle and the whole online retail game...yes I work at home and am my own boss, but I disliked what I was doing and so it definitely seemed like a 'day job' to me for sure!

And now after 9 months of hard work, panic attacks, etc. I am finally phasing out my 'retail' sales job completely and going 100% affiliate marketing.

I'm currently making between $13,000 - $16,000 per month in net profits (all from affiliate marketing) but plan to try and get to $4,000/day in net profits by next year...Jeremy has been a great inspiration to me, and I really appreciate his advice.

Using many of the techniques he showed me with his training I was able to grow my affiliate income and sustain it over time. I have read most of the books out there from many of the major affiliates, and Jeremy's down to earth advice and know-how is by far the easiest to understand that I've seen!

The biggest secret I have learned to succeed in affiliate marketing is to really keep at it (a difficult thing to do when you lose money day after day, or when your top earning campaign and product tank overnight!)

Make sure you are promoting at least 5-6 good offers at one time, so that you'll have some backup in the event one or two promotions goes south on you, and they will...and always spend 80% of your time on those promotions making you 80% of your income.

We just barely moved out of a basement apartment into a really nice home with quite a view, thanks to affiliate marketing. There's nothing like taking 2 weeks off to move, seeing that $600+ per day in profits rolling in while you decide where to hang pictures in your new house!

Affiliate marketing takes hard work, but the good news is, you can take time to enjoy your efforts, and over time, if done correctly, you can work less and earn more.

I cannot think of any other job that offers the benefits and potential rewards of affiliate marketing... there is so much opportunity and so many new promotions coming online everyday, that anyone who wants to succeed truly can! Just get started right now!

Like a lot of people, I was sick of the daily grind and couldn't see myself working in an office for the rest of my life. I was always interested in making a living online, but didn't know where to start.

I am a disabled nurse, so I started affiliate marketing as a way to supplement my income. I wasn't making much but it was enough to get by on, then my sites drop off the map.
